On February 22, 2012, Silverio Garcia was contacted by a “Special Needs” Parent out of Guadalupe, AZ to please help her and her son receive required “Special Needs” services from the Grand Canyon Preparatory Academy -GCPA- (Charter School in Tempe AZ). Silverio Garcia/JFA, LLC filed with the US Dept of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR.DENVER) and the required “Special Needs” services were investigated and federally mandated along with other Administrative fixes by the GCPA Administrators.
