I contacted Silverio Garcia on February 22, 2012, while I was desperately seeking help for my 13 year old son with Special Needs. I made several attempts to get Grand Canyon Prep Academy charter school to implement a “Special Needs” 504 Plan for almost an entire school year, but I was ignored by school officials.
Mr. Garcia filed a Federal complaint on our behalf and within four (4)months, Mr. Garcia received positive results from the Feds…the school was found in violation of several federal disability laws.
Since then, I have seen Mr Garcia’s true passion to help the community and he has been doing it continuously for over (23) plus years……….free of charge !
I totally respect, trust and have confidence in Mr Garcia’s work. Mr Garcia is a man of humility, integrity and honesty…I only wish there were more men like Silverio Garcia.
May the good Lord continue to grace Silverio Garcia with health, strength and much blessings to continue his legacy……..Buena Suerte !
